Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.

- A receipt or order confirmation is required
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us by phone at (951) 905-7015 or email at bubbleboypacksup@gmail.com to let us know about your return.
- Bring the items along with your receipt or order confirmation to our Riverside location during business hours.
- Receive your refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cash refunds are issued on the spot; card refunds may take 3–5 business days.
Exceptions
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.
